Menu Title - Menu Titles are in main navigation and optionally in the footer navigation. Keep Titles short.
Show in Menu - Show or hide your page from the main menu navigation. A page can be hidden from the main menu and still be displayed in the footer. You can link to hidden pages by copying the URL of the public page, and linking to it from a different page.
Menu Placement - Select the Main, Sub or Sub-sub menu to place this page. You can also drag-and-drop your page order from the Admin/Pages screen.
Page Title - Page Title has 2 functions. 1) It becomes the URL for the page. Once you Save the page, for the 1st time, you cannot change the URL for the page. Good URLs will have keywords in them. 2) It becomes the Page Titles, which is the very top of the browser window. If someone bookmarks this page, this will be the Title of the Bookmark. This is the #1 Search Engine keyword phrase. If you are optimizing your page for a local area follow this format (geographic area + keyword phrase describing the page). SiteNinja will automatically add your company name to the end of the Page Title.
Meta Description - Meta Descriptions should have no more than 25 words, and should summarize the content on the page. Try to use the keywords being optimized for the page. Use complete sentences.

If you are copying and pasting content from MS Word or other source, you need to filter your content to remove any non-standard formatting. You can do this by copying your content into a simple editor, like Notepad, and then copying and pasting your content into the Body field. You can also click in the body field where you want to place your text, then click the “Paste from Word” icon in the html editor. Paste your content there and it will remove the incorrect formatting.
