People Management
1a. Login to the admin side of the site and go to the People module.
1b. NAME: The person's name.
1c. TYPE: The type of person.
NOTE: A user is someone who has access to the site, while a contact is someone who sent in an inquiry is subscribed to a newsletter.
1d. EMAIL: The email of the person.
1e. IMAGES: The images associated with this person uploaded by you.
1f. INQUIRIES: How many inquiries this person has sent in.
1g. ROLES: The type of user this person is if not a contact.
1h. GROUPS: The groups this person belongs to.
1i. DELETE: Select this if you wish to delete this person from the Person module.
2a. ADD A NEW PERSON: You can add more people manually in this manner.
2b. VIEW GROUPS: You can view the groups created and create new ones.
2c. EXPORT: You can export a CSV file and read in a program like Microsoft Excel. This file is useful when trying to import the same people to another service like an email account.
2aa. When adding a new person you need to fill out at least the name and email of someone. You can also add to your groups at the bottom of the page and then save the person by clicking "Update profile" at the bottom.
2ba. You can view your groups here or click "Create a new group" to make a new one.
