1. Support Ticket System - send your support requests to support@site-ninja.com for immediate Email support.
   
2. Instructional Support - if you ask us how to post special content in SiteNinja, we will not charge you.  If you ask us to post the content for you, we will charge you a maintenance fee.
   
3. Step-by-step instructions - Our website, http://www.site-ninja.com/getting-started, has screen shots/videos with step-by-step instructions on how to perform the common tasks of good Content Management.
4. In Person Support - we can schedule an appointment for support issue in person if need be.
5. Screen Share Support - we email you a link that allows us to see your screen and walk you thorugh your support needs.
6. Phone Support - live support from skilled technicians are waiting your call.
7. Tips – blog articles on our website with ways to improve the content, optimization, or functionality of their SiteNinja website.

Paid Services

• New custom feature requests are paid by client. 
• If clients want SiteNinja to maintain their data, a maintenance fee will be charged. Every purchased site has one-hour of basic training. Additional training can be done through our tutorials here. Additional in-person training is a paid service.
