Add of alter you Google Checkout Profile information:
1) Go to google.com/checkout and sign in.
2) Click on "My Sales".
3) Click on the Settings tab and you automatically be taken to Profile as it is the default.
4) Check to see if there is any information that needs to be changed.
a. Fill in the name you would like to appear on customer's/client's billing statements.
b. Make sure the service or product you are providing is properly selected.
c. Enter any customer service or FAQ pages you may have on your site (Optional).
d. Type in a Return/Cancellation policy, or provide the webpage that displays this information (Optional).
e. Type in a Shipping policy or provide the webpage that displays this information (Optional).
Now scroll down and click "Save profile".
