Make Your SiteNinja Website a Bit More Fun by Adding FREE Online Games

Many of our sites are all about business, and rightuflly so, but some have a more laid back feel. And for those, I recommend adding a Game page to entice people to come to your site, or to keep them there, in hopes to drive up traffic and possibly increase sales as a byproduct.

Doing a simple search for free games to add to your website should give you a plethora of places that will allow you to use their games. Most places will use iFrames to allow you to use their games. This just created a window into their site for a specified game. This is actually a good thing as it does not use up your website's resources at all. Others may provide you with HTML code to be pasted.

Here are the steps to placing these games on your site:

1) Login to your site as an admin.

2) Go to Pages.

3) Create a new page, or click on an existing one.

4) Fill in the required information and scroll down to the Body.

5) Click the HTML button.

6) Paste the iFrame code, or the HTML code provided into the window that appears. If adding to a page, be sure to place it somewhere that will not be in the middle of the present code (i.e. the top or bottom).

7) Click Insert.

8) Save page.

NOTE: Some sites will ask that you download certain files and upload them to your server. This is not possible with the security setup for SiteNinja sites, so be sure code is required. In addition, uploading to your server would use your site's resources instead of the gaming site's.

NOTE 2: To Preview the game before saving your page, go up to step #7, and then click the Preview link on the right-side of the Body. You will be able to see if the game is working correctly or not.
