There are many option for creating online forms in SiteNinja.  Each has associated costs and features.  Most people can make forms very inexpensively.  Review the options below to decide what form best fits your needs and budget.

      6. SiteNinja Staff can be hired very inexpensively to create forms if you don't want to learn how.  Average form can be added to your website for less than $200
   3. Downside:
      1. Information collected is not entered into an online database, and therefore cannot be exported.  You will need to manually copy form information from the confirmation Email into any system that needs the information.

      8. Download results for use in other programs (paid subscription)
      9. If using the survey, you display results of all survey questions, after the current visitor completes the survey

6. www.PollDaddy.com is a simple-to-use Survey and Polling tool
   1. Costs: Free or paid subscription ranging from $200/year to $899/year
   2. Benefits:
      1. Easy to use
      2. Allow your visitors to take Surveys embedded in your SiteNinja website, or a link that pops up a nicely formated windows, or a link to the polldady.com website, where the survey is hosted.
      3. Can limit responses to 1 per computer
      4. Surveys can be password protected
      5. Can use a progress bar if survey has multiple pages
      6. Offers preformatted fields for Name, Address, Web address and date
      7. Allows you to add custom Html text to your survey
      8. Allows file attachments with survey
      9. Also creates Polls with instant results to your visitors

      1. As with most tools, the Free tool hides many of the cool features
      2. Requires an Annual subscription.  All other tools offer monthly.
