To meet our Customers requests we have been busy this year adding new Features to many of our SiteNinja Modules. Please take a few minutes to review the list.
For those of you that are on our current version of SiteNinja let us know if you would like us to apply these new Features to your current SiteNinja Modules (there is no cost).
For those of you that are on our current version of SiteNinja that have an interest in adding a new Module, let us know and we can provide an price for the new Module.
For our clients that are on an older version, contact us if you are interested in upgrading to the new version so you can take advantage of these.
Over the past 3 months we have completed the installation of a new Billing and Support system that will assure that we are able to provide better Customer Support for our customer base.
You can now send an email to [email protected] and a Customer Support Ticket will be created notification will be sent to 5 individuals. This way, all customer requests are centralized and a complete history of all issues is maintained.
We have added a new staff member whose main focus is making sure all tickets are properly assigned and monitors response.
We are taking advantage of the automated escalation procedures so that we are reminded if we have not responded to your request in an immediate fashion.
We continue to ad to the Knowledge Base of the Billing an Support system so that you can go there to get many of your questions answered.
We will continue to work on this and keep you updated as we make these improvements.
